Terms & Conditions

Please review our service terms before selecting a package.

Services are monthly and limited to items indicated in the pricing table. Anything not expressly included is excluded or available as an add-on under a separate agreement.

Engagement is subject to an onboarding review.

Package limits apply per month unless specified otherwise. Activity frequently exceeding a package limit may require an upgraded package or purchases as add-on.

Fees are billed monthly in advance and are due immediately. Late payments of fee may result in suspension of services or a credit card payment recurring authorization. Payments are non-refundable for services rendered.

Either party may terminate the service contract with 30 calendar days written advance notice. All outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

The package pricing is valid for at least 12 months from the date of the purchase. Any future price increase for existing customers is mutually agreed.
